WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
This is a powerful time of transformaton in the world. I know you probably hear this statement all the time, but take a moment to. really breathe that in. You are not alone in recognizing that these times FEEL different than other parts of your life. Most people are having a similar experience. Even those on a spiritual path for decades are experiencing these tremendous shifts and being called to go even deeper into the areas that they thought they had healed long ago. I find a profound beauty of this calling to know and love ourselves even more. Knowing that the world has more space for our Spirit to fill it and asking us to do that work.
Sometimes we walk into this calling knowingly and willingly. Other times we are thrown in unexpectedly and have to scramble to find our footing. I can say I've been experiencing both and know first hand what it is like. There is only so much we can control or manage in a healing journey and that is part of its beauty. This call to surrender - to have an empowered partnership with Life is one of our greatest lessons. It helps to have a guide who can hold that safe and sacred space for where you are while reminding you of who you truly are. I a honored to be such a guide, to honor both your humanity and your divinity as we make space for you to step into your next evolution.
ONE on ONE SESSIONS
We all come across times when we need to open up, be seen and receive inspiration and guidance. I have found the process of being vulnerable, allowing someone to hold space for me and bear witness to my unique human experience to be the most healing moments of my journey. Are you wanting to go deeper into the healing journey or having a more meaningful experience while in Sedona? Retreats offer multiple sessions for a more complete and supportive experience. We will work thoughtfully and gently through the phases of grounding, amplifying, clearing and integrating the teachings that are coming through for your transformation at this time. Sessions can be held in my beautiful studio space or your rental space.
